  Parent Connect - Teacher Appreciation Fundraiser

  Our teachers pour so much love, energy, and dedication into our students every single day—and we want to make sure they feel just how much they’re valued! As we prepare for Teacher Appreciation Week in March, we’re raising funds to bless them with special gifts, breakfasts, and treats throughout the week.
  
  Flyers with a donation QR code will be handed out in the carloop —simply scan the code to give. Every contribution, big or small, goes directly toward showing our teachers how deeply we appreciate them. Let’s come together as a school family to celebrate and encourage the incredible people who make such a difference in our children’s lives!

  Good News!

  Parent Connect is excited to host our Chick-fil-A Fundraiser benefiting Teacher Appreciation! There will be two Chick-fil-A Days this year:

  • Friday, September 25
  • Monday, November 2

  Ordering Deadlines

  Orders will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Wednesday prior to each Chick-fil-A Day.

  • Friday, September 25 Lunch: Orders must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
  • Monday, November 2 Lunch: Orders must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28.

  Orders may be placed at any time before the deadline. Late orders cannot be accepted, and no cancellations or refunds will be available after the ordering deadline.

  
  

  Families and staff may choose from the following à la carte items:

  • Chick-fil-A Sandwich – $6.50
  • 5-Piece Chicken Nuggets – $5.50
  • Small Mac & Cheese – $3.75
  • Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chip Cookie – $2.00

  How to Order

  To view the menu and place your order, visit calvarycca.lunchtab.app. To access the site, copy and paste this address into your web browser.
  
  

  If you are a first-time LunchTab user, you will need to create an account before placing your order.
  Please email Michelle Procise at mprocise@calvarycca.com and Rose Steele at rsteele@calvarycca.com to let them know you are a new LunchTab user and need an account set up.
  
  

  Students who do not participate in Chick-fil-A Day must bring a packed lunch from home. The Café will continue to offer snacks and drinks for purchase.

  Orders will be distributed during each student's scheduled lunch period on September 25 and November 2.

  SWAG Thursdays

  7:40 AM to 3:10 PM

  SWAG days will take place on Thursdays.  On SWAG days, preSchool - 12th graders may dress in  N.U.T. day apparel. 
  
  For each Thursday a student wishes to dress in N.U.T. day apparel, he/she will pay $5.00 in case to receive a single use wristband.  Wristbands will be dated and must be worn on the date of purchase.  Wristbands may be purchased at tables set up in front of the school on SWAG Thursday mornings. 
  
  Please see N.U.T. day dress guidelines in the handbook.
  If a student dresses inappropriately (not following the guidelines), the parent will be called to bring the proper clothing.
